The sleep capsule cannot be set in multi-user mode or a system clone. It is recommended that you return to the main system and then set it again.
1. For multi-user mode, please go to Settings > Users & accounts > Multiple users > Click the Owner to return to the main system.
2. For the system clone, please click Back to the main system or enter the lock screen password of the main system when unlocking the phone to return to the main system.
