Problem phenomenon:
After the realme Book is connected to the mouse, the touchpad cannot be used (with the touchpad, the cursor does not appear or does not move).
Problem causes:
"Leave the touchpad on when a mouse is connected" is turned off in the touchpad settings options.
Solution:
1. Left-click on the Start menu and select Settings.
2. Select "Devices".
3. Select "Touchpad" and check the "Leave the touchpad on when a mouse is connected" option.
