Cannot create/add VPN for PPTP, L2TP, and other types on Android 12 devices

Solution:
Google has removed some insecure VPN types in Android 12, you cannot create/add VPNs for PPTP, L2TP, and other VPN types through the phone settings. If you have added the VPN before upgrading to Android 12, you can still use them normally. But after deleting these VPNs, you cannot add them again. Therefore, we recommend that you create/add VPNs of PPTP, L2TP, and other VPN types through third-party apps.
