Causes:

1. The Wi-Fi or Bluetooth function of your phone is not turned on, or the phone is too far away from the device.

2. The device has not entered pairing mode correctly, or it has been bound by another phone.

3. The data or cache of the realme link app is abnormal, or the app version is too low.

Solution:

1. Turned on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions, and it is not too far away from the device.

2. Reset the device according to the instruction manual, and let it enter pairing mode.

3. Please open the realme link app, tap the + sign in the upper right corner, find the name of the device you want to add from the list, and follow the prompts.

4. Please long press the realme link app icon, select“App info”, then enter “Storage usage”, and click clear data or cache.

5. If the situation persists, please press and hold the realme link app > click Uninstall, then download and install it again from the Google Play Store or realme official website.

If none of the above methods solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme service center for testing and processing.
