If a voice assistant pops up when you use wired earphones, it's likely due to the voice assistant being triggered accidentally. This can happen if you press the button on your wired earphones, which is often used to activate voice assistants on Android devices. Here's what you can do to resolve this issue:

Problem phenomenon:

During the use of wired earphones, the phone's voice assistant is automatically turned on.

Problem causes:

Wired earphones long-press the answer button to open the voice assistant. In the process of using the earphone, usually, the following actions may open the voice assistant:

  • When using the earphones, if you press the answer button on the earphones by mistake, the voice assistant may be turned on.

  • The earphones are in poor contact, and the answer button is accidentally triggered during plugging and unplugging of the earphones or during use, which may turn on the voice assistant.

Solution:

  • If you do not press the answer button by mistake and it appears frequently, it is recommended that you try a different pair of earphones to check.

If the above methods cannot solve your problem, please bring your purchase certificate to the nearby realme service center for inspection.
