Also, since the software and hardware of different regional versions of the phone may differ. If you have lived abroad for a long time to ensure a good user experience, we recommend you purchase the local version of the realme phone in your country/region.
If the network lock locks your phone, please contact realme Customer Service for help.
Network lock judgment method:
1. The device prompts as follows (can't make calls, can't send text messages, can't register for the network) "You are using a region-customized phone. Its communication function is restricted in the current region. Please contact realme customer service for support"
2. Enter *#39243# on the dial pad, it will show "Locked".
Note: The WIFI network can be used normally.
