Problem phenomenon:
The sound of the Bluetooth earphone is very low when connected to the phone, and it is the same when turned to the maximum.
Solution:
Please refer to the following situation to confirm:
1. Please try to delete the pairing on the phone and try the pairing again.
2. Please try to reset the earphone
3. Replace other phones to confirm whether the phone is abnormal. If the non-realme machine alone is abnormal, please report it to the corresponding phone.
4. Please try to turn off the absolute volume function.
a. Enter Settings > About Phone > Enter "Version Information", click "Version Number" 7 times, and it will prompt you have entered the developer option.
b. Enter Settings > Additional settings > Developer Options > Enable absolute volume function, turn off "Enable absolute volume function".
c. After disconnecting the Bluetooth headset, delete the pairing and re-pair it.
