When the phone is cloned, the old and new phones cannot be connected

If the old and new devices cannot be connected or the connection fails when the  phone is cloned, you can follow the steps below:

1. Try to use the old phone to manually connect to the hotspot by scanning the QR code of the new device.

2. Restart the Wi-Fi of the old phone and the hotspot of the new device and try again.

3. Restart the old phone and the new phone and try again.
