If the edge lighting does not take effect, it is recommended that you troubleshoot as follows:
1. If "Wake screen when a notification is received" is enabled at the same time, the edge lighting will not be displayed.
2. If "Always-On clock" is turned on, the lock screen notification will have an edge lighting after the screen is off for 6 seconds and the notification will not have this light effect when the screen is just off.
3. Please restart the phone to reset the edge lighting.
4. It is recommended that you update the system version to the latest version to have a try.
Note: Only models with OLED screens support the edge lighting. But not all OLED screen models support this function, please refer to the model.
If the above methods cannot solve your problem, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme service center for testing.
