“Your system is now in optimal conditions” shows when close all background running apps

Problem phenomenon:

When we close all applications using the "CLOSE ALL", a popup appears saying, "Your system is now in optimal conditions". The message remains on the screen. 

Solutions:

After clearing all the background data, the phone clears all current background software and releases all occupied running memory to ensure that your phone has sufficient memory and can maintain optimal operating conditions. Thanks.
